Quake Wars: Clan Tag... What the??

I bought Quake Wars the other day and although im suppose to hate it because Gamespot said or it's a PC port, i love it, but never mind that. If anyone else has played this i need to ask a question, it's not urgent just bugging me. When i go to the options it shows 'Clan Tag: ' so i go to it and enter my 4 word tag and when i finish it says 'Tag invalid, please try again' Ive done numbers, letters, numbers and letters, but it still does the same, why?
