How do I get the ticket to get into pelican bay?I have all 122 parts in the hobo place. I did the meat job, and the garbage job.
I have purchased the gear but whenI talk to Anne, she only gives me the option to buy upgrades, to leave or to ask where to go to next.If I ask where to go to next she says go to pelican bay.What am I supposed to do?Penny arcade help (pelican bay)
I just went to my case log, and it appears that neither the winding key, nor the gear have been given to Anne. There is no way around this so I have to restart the game.

Try finding the urinoligist in hobo alley, he's the one that gives you the ticket after you do something for him.
I restarted and am now at the same point in the game with the same problem. I have the gear, I can see it in my inventory, but when I talk to anne, I don`t have an option to give it to her. I went to the urinoligist, but no matter what I say, he just says: I haven`t I can`t and I won`t.

Turn all of the things you can to the niece, and talk to the Urinologist, to the left of his gate, he should be there, and he'll say something about hobo's peeing on his stuff, now if he isn't there, I don't know what to tell you...
I have the same problem I've killed everyone in Hobo Alley but i don't have the urine guy's mission.I have the key and gear but i cant give them to Anne.
You need to buy the replica ferris wheel thingy from the boardwalk guy at pelican bay then give it to the urinoligist, and in turn he will hand you a ticket to pelican bay.
But where do I get the tokens to buy the Ferris wheel? I need 3 different colour tokens.
