how to put gamertag in gs messages

how do you people put your gamertag in your forum comments?
i have my gs account knowing my gamertag and it shows me it on my profile but i want it displayed when i sned forum commentshow to put gamertag in gs messages

really? cuz i did it before and like a fool i took it off for some reason :S and what i did then was copy and paste something in my preferences or something like that and it worked right away
N E 1 know where I can get those thinner style bars w/band/game/team names to add (God I hope someone know what i'm talking about.)

i know you get your gamercard thing from mygamercard.net but where do you paste it at?

I think this is going to get redirected to Welcome Newbies but on Mygamercard.net once you fill out your gamertag it gives you a certain HTML which you copy and paste into your prefs under the heading Forums.
