Jasper, when?

Apparently a new chip called ''Jasper,'' similar to ''Falcon'' only in that it features both a 65 nanometer cpu chip and gpu chip, will be releasing soon. Does anybody have a clue as to when? It's pretty pointless to purchase a new console if these superior chipsets become available. I've read somewhere that it will debut in August. Microsoft needs to get this thing out to solve the RROD problem for good!
