Beat me to it. Great game.
I know it isn't even out yet but if you could wait until Fable 2 comes out, it looks to be a very good game.

Man, you aren't kidding. When Fable launched, I was still a store manager for Gamestop, and Microsoft gave every manager a free copy of the game at our Store Manager's conference in Dallas, TX. Of course, we were all thrilled by the gesture at first, but then came the opportunity to actually play the game, and it only lived up to about 8-12% of its hype. Massive letdown, even for a freebie. That's gotta count for something.

Fable's fantasy premise and evolution, with all the features and freedom of oblivion, i would be very pleased.
