u gotta change ur mtu size..im not sure if u know how to do that, but if u can access ur networks wizard, ull find mtu options, lower ur mtu to something like hmm..1300 or 1350. type in ur i.p. adress in the internet adress bar to access the wizard, thats how i get to it anywayMTU for live problem

sometimes you need to reset your router and yes you might have to lower your mtu size but your router already does that from when its first plugged in so do that after you've reset your router or modem. also the ethernet plug in the back of your router can have anywhere from 4 to 8 plug in, mine has 4 and whenever i have a connection problem that isnt fixed even after ive restarted my modem and checked my mtu i just plug it into a different slot, and then reset it one last time and then see if it will go work. if it still is giving you problems call your internet provider

the most common MTU is 1500, make sure your router isnt gimping you, or you changed that setting accidentally.
