Is this a great deal?

I just bought a brand new sealed Xbox 360 Elite for $350 on ebay including shipping. It's definately legit because the seller has 177 feedback with 100% positive and I asked him to send me custom pictures of the bar code sticker on the outside of the box to make sure. I already have an Elite but it doesn't have the new falcon chip so I'm going to sell the Elite I have and replace it with the new one. I'm pretty sure I can sell the Elite I have now for $375. Good deal or no?Is this a great deal?
